I purchased 2 boxes of their L’Oréal Paris 7N Natural Dark Blonde. It clearly states 100%Gray coverage. Not true!!!
I spent 27.98 on 2 boxes of Excellence Crème 7N, Dark Blonde, and the new growth of gray STAYED GRAY!!! After 44 years of coloring my hair, I am pretty knowledgeable about the process.
I usually buy Clairol, and have not had any issues, but Walgreens didn't have any Clairol Dark Blonde color in stock. I called L'Oréal Customer Service after the disappointing results, and though the lady was very professional and pleasant, I wasn't happy with their refund policy. She stated I would receive a coupon to be used on L'Oréal products, despite having my receipt, 2 empty boxes, and a picture of my hair which still showed the non-colored gray.
L'Oréal needs to remove the 100% Gray Coverage on the front of their box, because it is very misleading. I recolored my hair using Miss Clairol Dark Blonde, and it worked and it was much cheaper.

Your so called temporary color damage my hair when I have been on my hair journey for 4 years and had extremely very healthy hair. I just decided to space it up a bit.
Saw this product and decided to buy it. I bought two colors. Decided to use the pink one. Biggest mistake of my life and now I'm very angry.
I have very long beautiful hair and now I can't even put a brush through it. It has made my hair so disgustingly dry and it wasn't even in my hair for more than a minute and is her getting frizzy and dry and disgusting and now it's brittle! The sad part is I only put it underneath of my hair because I have so much hair and I still can't brush my hair out and when I did it made some of my hair come out . Does not only need to apologize for my damaged hair but I need my money back and then some or I will sue you guys for damages and Not only that, but it literally stained everything.
I'm more worried about my hair. Not only do I have a lot going on but you guys just caused emotional trauma. You guys need to take this off the shelves. It is not good for the hair.
This isn't even hair product. This is more like spray paint on hair.
I am very angry! And I won't stand for it!

Called their customer service about problems with their hair color and the representative was rude and condescending. She provided zero help and offered nothing for my dissatisfaction with their pro
Hair color was not even close to the picture on the box. I have been searching for a color to replace one that they cancelled (6.4, Ginger Twist), and expressed how frustrating it was.
I told her I was currently sitting with hair that looks orange and needed a solution. She basically said I got the color that was intended, which is not at all what the box pictures. She argued that it was. I said, I'm looking at the box right now, and it is not.
She said L'Oreal does not have a satisfaction guarantee, so if I don't like the color, go buy a different one to try.
WOW!
So RUDE! I had to hang up.

As i was applying hair color, the bottle cracked.
It cracked and I had solution all over my sink and countertop. Some got on my rug also.
I had to dip my plastic glove in the sink mess and put it on my hair. I've used loreal Preference for years (I'm 74) and never had that happen. What a mess!
And I didn't have enough to do all my hair! Waste of $9.97!!
