I have been using L'Oréals Unlimited waterproof mascara for several months but my last two purchases have left me an unhappy customer. The last two tubes I bought have only lasted a couple of weeks each because of a faulty rubber insert at the opening of the tube. The purpose of the tube is to limit the amount of mascara on the brush part of the wand. After a couple of weeks' use, the rubber part pulls out of the tube upon opening, making it impossible to use because of the massive amount of mascara on the brush. It has been a waste of my money. I will not purchase this product again until this defect is corrected.

Disapointed

Purchased blond to cover gray in hair. It is now the ugliest dullist ash brownloreal products have gone downhill. I guess they will blame it on covid

Questions about an eyeliner product

Nothing has happened as of yet waiting for an envelope to send these products back and get new ones I bought two different kinds of liners and theyre supposed to be gel but they do not glide on like a gel liner

Complaints

I have tried " Age Perfect" hair colour twice now....1st being 5 years ago. Hoping you would have changed your formula, BUT NO. After trying again today, &;;;;;;;;; I added an extra 10mins because I know it's hard to cover gray hair. What a waste of time, your regular color covers better!

Revirw on mascaras and lipstick

Loreal needs to make UNSCENTED mascara. The smell is horrible and overwhelming. Also take the perfume out of lipsticks. They make my mouth burn. After all these years they still don't have it right

They told you it would take 10-15 BUSINESS days to receive a refund. You state it's been two weeks and no refund.

It appears you do not know what a BUSINESS day is. Business days run Monday thru Friday. It doesn't include the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). You are counting Saturdays and Sundays.

Yes, you need to ensure you fully understand what a company's return policy is before you order something or complain. You've jumped the gun on this one.

You are selling a product that doesn't work and I want my money back. I tried calling EVERY number listed for LorealParis and all are disconnected. Very convenient to avoid customers complaints. ------ You are selling PURPLE CONDITIONER 'color vibrancy' ANTI-BRASSINESS - saying ''It neutralizes yellow and orange tones'', but I used the whole tube and there was no change. ----- Please refund my money ASAP.!!!

Bad product

Used the bright black hair dye on top of my naturally dark blonde hair, it turned out gray and didn't even take on some parts of my hair. It looks awful. I want a refund.
