When the order has come to our house the shampoo bottle is open and it smells dirty and there is cream in yellow colour but in photos the cream is white and then there in this combo set there is a brush and a cap is free but that also not come so please replace the order we want original loreal Paris x-tenso

Does this developer have hydrogen peroxide in it

I appreciate this survey. I wanted a more natural way of coloring hair without hydrogen peroxide in it. Just organic. I use L'OREAL PARIS...My hair shows dark root areas in about 4 weeks. I wish it lasted longer.

Cannot even read the label of the Elvive Dream Lengths NO Haircut Cream Leave-in

The bottle is yellow, there is no label, it's just SUPER TINY, WHITE, BARELY THERE fonts against a light yellow background and I can't read it even if I had a MAGNIFYING GLASS!!!! R-E-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!!! I've spend SOOOOOO much money on L'OREAL products in my lifetime, it should be ILLEGAL! Please just make LEGIBLE INSTRUCTIONS!!!!! Thank you! Tina Chastain

Picture shows the amount of shampoo in L'Oreal's Ever Curl 8.5 ounce container. I placed a one ounce shot glass next to the bowl to give the viewer a size correlation. I used one portion on my hair- portion size was no larger than a quarter in diameter. The picture shows the amount left. Really L'Oreal? You might've fooled me once but you won't get a second chance because I will never buy your product again.

User's recommendation: A picture speaks a thousand words. Why spend good money on a crook's product when there are so many other shampoos to choose from?

Dyed my hair purple

DI bought the Féria hi lift brown that looked gorgeous on the box. It dyed my hair completely purple!!! Im not pleased at all. This product should not be on the market!

Terrible my hair was destroyed.

The remover destroyed my hair and I was forced to go to a salon to fix it. The customer service agent I spoke to through chat told me it would not destroy my hair. Im very upset. I tried to contact you guys when I did it but you were already closed. I would like a refund plus the money I spent at the salon.

The remover destroyed my hair and the customer service agent I spoke to said it would not. Also I was doing this at night and tried to contact you guys and you were closed. I was forced to go spend $150 at a salon to fix this.

Purchased blond to cover gray in hair. It is now the ugliest dullist ash brownloreal products have gone downhill. I guess they will blame it on covid

Questions about an eyeliner product

Nothing has happened as of yet waiting for an envelope to send these products back and get new ones I bought two different kinds of liners and theyre supposed to be gel but they do not glide on like a gel liner
