I had a accident with 2boxes of Loreal color,i have called about hair being PURPLE, they keep saying that they are going to refund my purchase, and be comsated for their mistake ,but i have not received anything yet, called today talked to INEZ,SHE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON ALL SHE EVER SAYS NOOOOOOO,THEY IS THE WAY SHE ROLLS, NOW ITS GOING TO BE 3-4 WEEKS NOT,NOW WHEN I NEED THE HELP IS NOW,TODAY,SHE SAID WATCH FOR THE CHECK, STILL NOTHING, I TEXT THE HEADQUARTERS TONIGHT ABOUT ALL OF THIS RUN AROUND SINCE THE FIRST OF THE MONTH, THAT IS A LOT OF LIES ,THANK YOU

Try posting negative reviews on their home site. Chances are they will block it like 99.999% of all negative reviews.

Follow up with you'll now post ALL OVER EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE continuously until they do the right thing. Honestly, they dont care about you or anything aside from loosing money.

Once more read all the negative ratings, Loreal will have a reality check and go under for screwing countless nice people like you over and covering it up and ignoring it like they do to all sadly. They wont fix anything until you embarrass them by telling the world how they treated and lied to you.
