After using l'oreal mousse absolue I was left with a damaged scalp which took about 10 days to heal.

I send my complaint in an email to l'oreal and after 16 days they finally replied.

So sorry to hear etc etc blah blah and we'd like for you to take an allergy test which we shall pay for and also out of goodwill we'd like to send you a voucher.

In last email they asked if I still had the box and if so, could I send them the batch number.

Obviously after 3-4 weeks the box with used product had been binned and the bins had obviously been emptied.

No mention whatsoever about the batch code in previous mails but when I told them that the box had obviously been binned they decided there was nothing else they were willing to do.

So, case closed.

Nice customer service by l'oreal, what a load of bull.

Terrible service and I will not be purchasing any more products by l'oreal.

Monetary Loss: $899.
